The staff were really helpful and check-in was early. The location was excellent and incredible; the train station was close to the hotel. The breakfast was rich and absolutely superb, offering outstanding hot chocolate, coffee, cereal, and fruit.

The venue was wonderful small, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was amazing near the main tourist area and one night before taking Glacier Express through Swiss Alps and Railway station and sky lift. Hotel's staff were really helpful. I was very happy with the well-maintained and practical room, that was complete with private balcony and a queen bed, as example. The service was efficient during all my really really nice stay. They had an early check-in.
